Jeff Gamet NASA updated it's NASA App for the iPhone and iPod touch to version 1.1 on Thursday. The update for the space program information and video viewing application added the ability to track the Space Shuttle and International Space Station for viewing opportunities based on your location.
The update also added extra information about missions, the ability to review high-resolution images, the ability to check for status updates on upcoming launches, and the ability to block sleep mode when tracking launches.
NASA 1.1 is free and available for download at Apple's iTunes-based App Store.
