Netflix Streaming Coming to Canada

· by · News

The Netflix Internet movie streaming service will be branching out into Canada this fall. The company shared the news through Twitter, but isn’t offering up any details about what Canadians can expect once the service launches.

Netflix is know for its mail-based DVD movie rental service, and more recently for its Internet streaming service, too. Netflix is offering its streaming service through several platforms such as Apple’s iPad, TiVo digital TV recorders, and Nintendo’s Wii gaming console.

Canadians interested in signing up for the streaming service can request an email notification at the Netflix Web site.
