Freeverse on Tuesday announced the release of its latest App Store game: Flick Bowling 2, a sequel that takes players on a journey through time and space to defeat Baron Von Schtopwatch and his evil plan. Free play features six historical figures, including Napoleon and Cleopatra, and five bowling alleys that may or may not be historically accurate.

The US$2.99 title also features a realistic physics engine, multiplayer via Bluetooth, and a Fast Lane mode for those who just want to get rolling. Plus+ integration lets players access the leader boards and show off their awards and skills to everyone on their friends list.
Other new App Store releases include the Mortal Kombat- and Street Fighter-esque Boxing Fighter and the edutainment title Math Blazer.
