Ntractive announced a major upgrade and name change to its Mac OS X-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software on Monday. Starting immediately, Elements SBM will be known as Elements CRM. The update includes several new features and changes.
The overall interface of the utility has been improved with a new look which allows for easier navigation, improved workflow and an enhanced user experience. Elements CRM 2.0 provides many new features including analytics charts, a set-up wizard, PayPal integration, increased international support, asset management and a panoramic sales overview.
In addition to its integration with AccountEdge, Elements CRM 2.0 now also supports Acclivity's FirstEdge financial software.
Elements CRM 2.0 is available for US $69.95 per user per month.
