OmniGraffle 5 gets Lion Support

The Omni Group announced the immediate availability of OmniGraffle 5.3 and OmniGraffle Professional 5.3 Tuesday evening. The update for the diagram and charting application added support for Apple’s OS X Lion release, scheduled to hit the Mac App Store on Wednesday.

The update added support for Lion’s gesture-based navigation features, automatic document saving and versioning, and fill screen mode. Version 5.3 also improved how lines behave when attached to objects, improved iPad file compatibility, fixed several bugs, and more.

OmniGraffle 5.3 and OmniGraffle Professional 5.3 are available at the Omni Group Web site and Mac App Store. OmniGraffle costs US$99.95, and OmniGraffle Professional is priced at $199.95. The updates are free for version 5 users.
