Ambrosia Software on Thursday released Multiwinia, its online real-time strategy game set in the same fractalized world as its earlier game Darwinia. The game features six modes -- Domination, King of the Hill, Capture the Statue, Assult, Rocket Riot, and Blitzkrieg -- that allow players to take charge of hundreds of stick men who can be ordered to take a hill, flank an enemy, charge a position, and more.
Multiwinia offers 40 maps, with the option to play offline against computer-controlled opponents. Pricing is US$19, with a 30-day free trial available. Mac OS X version 10.4.11 and a G5 or Intel Mac are required.
