Opcoders announced the immediate availability of GraphicDesignerToolbox on Monday. GraphicDesignerToolbox is an editing application that lets users create graphics with adjustable building blocks instead of traditional drawing tools and document layers.
The application supports both bitmap and vector-based graphics and is geared towards professional Web designers and artists. It can be used to generate textures, design logos, manipulate digital photos, create text effects, and more.
