Ecamm Network announced the immediate availability of PhoneView 2.3 on Friday. The update for the Mac-based utility for viewing iPhone and iPod touch contents added support for Visual Voicemail and MMS messages.

Version 2.3 added the ability to playback and export iPhone voicemail messages, and automatically archives photo and video MMS attachments.

PhoneView lets users browse the contents of their iPhone or iPod touch from their Mac, play and export the music on their handheld, view and export their call history, export contacts, use their handheld as a removable disk, and more.

PhoneView 2.3 is priced at US$19.95 and is available at the Ecamm Network Web site.
