EUROCOMP announced the immediate availability of PocketCAS 2.0 for the iPhone and iPod touch on Thursday. The new version of the advanced calculator app added a new function plotter along with an updated mathematical keyboard.

The app includes more than 500 mathematical functions, a searchable function list along with examples, ten different tutorials, and more. PocketCAS 2.0 is available in a lite version that supports plotting a single function at a time, and a pro version adds support for more sophisticated functions and plotting multiple functions.

PocketCAS 2.0 lite is free, and PocketCAS 2.0 pro costs US$4.99. Both are available for download at Apple's iTunes-based App Store.
