Infinity Softworks announced the immediate availability of powerOne on Thursday. PowerOne is a calculator app for the iPhone and iPod touch that includes financial and real estate functions.

powerOne includes built-in formulas for calculating mortgages and other real estate-related equations, investment and conversion formulas, algebraic and RPN functions, support for programming custom equations, the ability to share formula templates, and more.

powerOne is priced at US$5.99 and is available for download at Apple's iTunes-based App Store.
