procreate has kicked off the Digitalism Tour this week in New York at Macworld. The Digitalism Tour is a mobile 30-ton art studio and traveling exhibit highlighting artistic digital imaging using the Corel line of graphics products. Also featured on the Tour are products from Macromedia and Nikon, as well as representations from art institutions. According to procreate:

Arriving at Macworld with a one-of-a-kind, 30-ton mobile art studio and exhibition vehicle, procreate kicked off its North American Digitalism Tour at Macworld today, bringing with it heavyweight title sponsors Intel Corporation and Sony Vaio as well as such creative-industry mainstays as Corel Corporation, Wacom Technology Corporation, Alias|Wavefront and the Art Institutes.

The launch of the Digitalism Tour by procreate is significant for Corelis professional line of products as it assumes lead sponsorship of a North American-wide initiative to promote the digital art movement, Digitalism, with the support of some of the most significant players in the creative computingindustry.

The Digitalism Tour, which also highlights technology from Macromedia, Epson, HP, Minolta, and Nikon as well as artistic institutions like the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, will promote Digitalism using DaVE (Digitalism Vehicle), a mobile art studio and exhibition vehicle that will tour North America for seven exciting months

You can find more information about the Digitalism Tour at the Digitalism Web site.
