Macgamestore.com on Wednesday released the restaurant management game Burger Shop 2, which features 120 levels continuing the story from the first game, in which players built a large restaurant chain. Now they've found themselves in a dumpster with a bump on their head – their restaurants are boarded up, and they have no memory of what happened. By the end of the game, they'll learn the truth.
As in the first game, players must keep their customers happy by taking their orders and serving the food as quickly as possible. There are more than 100 different items spread between the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, and players must grab the right ingredients from the BurgerTron2000 to create dishes. Burger Shop 2 expands on the original game with new menu items, new characters, and new restaurants.
The game also features 120 levels of expert mode, as well as endless play in Challenge and Relax mode. Pricing is US$19.95 and Mac OS X version 10.3.9 and a G4 or better processor are required.
