RouteBuddy Atlas 1.1 Improves Waypoints, Tracks

RouteBuddy announced the immediate availability of RouteBuddy Atalas 1.1 for the iPhone on Tuesday. The update for the mapping application added new support for waypoints and tracks on maps.

The update lets users add individual waypoints to maps, added the ability to email waypoints to other users, added gpx and kml support for importing waypoints, and displays the current track on all maps. It also continues to track when receiving phone calls or messages, includes an option to disable caches, offers improved performance, and more.

RouteBuddy Atlas is available as a free download at Apple's iTunes-based App Store. Maps are priced starting at US$29.99.
