IK Multimedia announced the launch of the AmpliTube Preset XChange on Tuesday. The Preset XChange is a site where users can share their created AmpliTube tone presets.
AmpliTube allows users to create their own guitar and bass tones. The Preset XChange enables these artists and users to collaborate on the creation of tones and share them with others, and it also features a peer rating system.
The Preset XChange gives users the ability to download all of the original style-based factory groups of presets for “Powered by AmpliTube” products. The Preset XChange also features a peer rating system.
The AmpliTube Preset XChange is free for registered users of any AmpliTube product, and can be accessed online through the IK User Area.
