Apple Adds 'Hey, Siri' Voice Command to Activate Siri in Cars

Apple's announced several new features for Siri during the company's Worldwide Developers Conference keynote address on Monday, including the ability to activate the service by just saying, "Hey, Siri." The feature is similar to Google's "OK Google" command in Android and Glass, and works when your device is pared with your car.

The feature is part of iOS 8, which is scheduled for release this fall. Other new Siri features in iOS include Shazam integration, streaming voice recognition for real-time voice-to-text, and support for 22 new languages.
