Skooba Designs announced three new iPad bags and cases Tuesday, including the Netbook/iPad Messenger, Neo Sleeve, and RAPS "portable padding." Each of the products tackles the task of carrying and/or protecting the iPad in a different way.
The Netbook/iPad Messenger is a courier bag (see below) that the user wears over their shoulder. It has more than a dozen pockets, according to Skooba, and a padded sleeve that fits the iPad or generic netbook. It's available in four color combinations for US$49.95.
The Neo Sleeve is made of neoprene, and is intended to fit in a stretchy kind of way around your iPad. The company calls it "checkpoint-friendly" for those flying. It is also available in four color combinations, and is priced at $19.95.
Skooba RAPS is a intended to wrap itself around the iPad - Skooba described it as being, "perfectly sized to 'origami' itself around the tablet," which may be the first time we've seen origami used as a verb. RAPS is priced at $14.95.
