SuperDuper! 2.6.2 Boosts Snow Leopard Performance, Compatibility

Shirt Pocket Software announced the immediate availability of SuperDuper! 2.6.2 on Tuesday. The update for the data backup application improved performance and compatibility with Mac OS X 10.6, or Snow Leopard.

Version 2.6.2 preserves Snow Leopard file compression, operates at up to twice the speed as earlier versions. SuperDuper! also includes the ability to automatically start a backup when a drive is connected to your Mac, create bootable backups, schedule backups, and more.

SuperDuper! 2.6.2 is priced at US$27.95 and is available for download at the Shirt Pocket Software Web site. The update is free for all users.

Faster copy? it’s already fast!
it’s my favorite backup application, I am now using it as well as Time Machine (never hurts to have 2 backups)
