TextExpander Gets Shell Script Support

SmileOnMyMac announced the immediate availability of TextExpander 2.5.2 on Wednesday. The update for the abbreviation auto-expander added the ability to launch shell scripts with a TextExpander abbreviation.

The update also improved formatting for new snippets from the Clipboard or from a selection, and also corrects an issue with updating URL groups.

TextExpander 2.5.2 is priced at US$29.95 and is available for download at the SmileOnMyMac Web site. The update is free for version 1 and version 2 users.
