The Daily Event: Watch it Live

News Corp will be introducing its The Daily app for the iPad at 11AM eastern time Wednesday morning, and will be streaming the event live on the Web. The Daily is News Corp’s new digital-only daily news service that will be available exclusively on the iPad.

The Daily launch will be broadcast live

The Daily is expected to cost US$0.99 a day, and a new monthly subscription service will likely be introduced in partnership with Apple.

The launch event will also include Apple’s vice president of Internet services, Eddy Cue. The live stream of the event will be available at The Daily Web site.
