TMO Live Coverage: Apple’s “Little More” Event

· by · News

Apple will be hosting a special media event on Tuesday, October 23, and The Mac Observer will be on location with our usual live coverage. The Cupertino-based company is expected to introduce a smaller form factor iPad at the event, and some rumors claim new Retina MacBook Pro and iMac models will make an appearance, too.

Invitations for the "We've got a little more to show you" event were sent to the media on October 16, confirming rumors that Apple has been planning a second fall product launch event.

Apple is expected to expand the iPad lineup with a 7.85-inch model, and possibly replace the 30-pin dock connector on the full-size iPad with the new Lightning connector.

Pre-event coverage will start once TMO's Dave Hamilton hits the ground in San Francisco Monday evening. The media event is scheduled to start at 10AM pacific time on Tuesday, October 23 at the California Theater in San Jose.

When TMO posts about when Apple is going to announce something, could TMO post a iCal thingy I can click on that will add an event to my iCal ?
I’m fairly sure iCal can do the time zone difference calculation, so I’ll know when in my local time when the event starts

@Jeff The absence of a baseline (or reference) time to which everyone can relate - GMT/UTC - is at best careless or lazy writing.  At worst, it shows contempt for your international audience - and I’m fairly sure it’s not that (though it could be construed that way).  Please bear this in mind in the future?  Thanks.
