Tropical Software announced the immediate availability of TopXNotes 1.4 on Thursday. The update for the note management application added spell checking support and gained TopXNote iPod's features, too.

The update also added the ability to display the path to a note in Note Info, insert date and time info into notes, added View and View Navigation keyboard shortcuts, fixed several bugs, and more.

TopXNotes 1.4 is priced at US$40 and is available at the Tropical Software Web site. The update is free for version 1 users, and is also available for TopXNote iPod users.
