ZeeVee Unveils Zinc Video Browser for the Mac

· by · Product News

ZeeVee announced the immediate availability of Zinc for the Mac on Wednesday. Zinc is an application that lets users find and view HD quality shows on the Internet.

Zinc includes content from Hulu, ESPN, SPIKE, Netflix instant movies, and more. Users can also add their own video links, and the content is formatted for viewing on an HDTV as well as computer screens.

ZeeVee claims that developing plug-ins for its video viewing app is easier than coding for Boxee, the company's direct competition, too.

Zinc is free and available for download at the ZeeVee Web site. The application requires an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X 10.5 or higher.
