Developer Turns His Apple Watch into a Wrist Top Mac

If you've wondered if Apple Watch is powerful enough to run the Mac's operating system, then wonder no more. The answer is "yes," assuming you mean Mac OS 7.5.5. Nick Lee managed to get the 20 year old operating system up and running on his Apple Watch, and even though the screen makes icons too small to select, it really works. Nick started by updating his Apple Watch to the developer version of watchOS 2, and then ported the Mini vMac emulator so it would run on the device. The important part to remember here is that figuring out how to turn your Apple Watch into a Mac is pretty cool.
