Mac OS X gets Kiwi for App.net

· by · Cool Stuff Found

With the Twitter-like social networking service App.net adding free accounts to compliment its paid subscription offering, Mac users are on the hunt for apps so they can skip the browser interface. Kiwi officially launched on Tuesday to fill that need, and it offers support for posting and replying to messages, private messages, Twitter cross-posting, the ability to tag where you left off when reading your stream, and more. You can follow The Mac Observer on App.net, too. Kiwi is priced at US$4.99 and requires an App.net account.
