Just finished a Vanilla Coke.  It’s getting close to 5 pm here, though, so I should have breakfast sometime soon, or at least some sort of solid food.

A slice of pizza from Word Of Mouth, the deli on the corner next to work, and a glass of water (gotta keep them kidneys happy).

[quote author=“Clayton Spayer”]LaurieF, are you a gourmet chef or do you have your own cook?!

Nah, I just like cooking. There’s nothing particularly flash about cous-cous; it’s probably the easiest thing in the world to cook.

1 cup of cous-cous
2 cups of stock (vegetable, tomato or chicken)
salt to taste.

Bring stock to boil; remove from heat.
Add cous-cous and salt if necessary.
Cover.
Wait.

It will be ready in five minutes; twenty is better.

Any minute now, I should be getting a chicken parmesean sandwich from the local pizza place in Quarryville.  One of the many reasons I’m loving this vacation back at my old stomping ground.  smile

Nothing now, but I should eat something tonight.  On the other hand, I watched my brother play a bit of Postal 2 on his PC, and I’m still feeling a bit queasy.

Just finished off some Home Run pies, some Ovaltine, a lot of Orange Juice, and now am just sitting in my acidic comfyness.
