1 cup of cous-cous
2 cups of stock (vegetable, tomato or chicken)
salt to taste.
Bring stock to boil; remove from heat.
Add cous-cous and salt if necessary.
Cover.
Wait.
It will be ready in five minutes; twenty is better.
