I’m finishing off my breakfast - a bowl of “Ready Brek” cereal - famous for allegedly creating a yellow glow around those that eat it….

(Explanation for non UK members - there were a series of adverts for Ready Brek in the 1970’s/80’s which showed people with a yellow glow surrounding them after eating it. The adverts stopped around the time of the Chernobyl disaster in 1986… can’t think why   )

Spaghetti O’s with meatballs and a glass of distilled water.

Just putting a Banquet frozen dinner in the microwave.  Salisbury steak, with corn and their usual fake mashed potatoes.

A buttermilk flakey biscuit. I made a batch of them this morning.

Air popped popcorn with butter, salt and Parmesan cheese. That’s after the pint of blueberries with a few sugar cubes sugar mixed into the bowl.

Chocolate Stuffed Oreo’s with a big fat glass of Vitamin D milk. (I like my milk fully leaded, thank you. )

I’m currently gorging upon a bowl of freshly made chocolate pudding. 

Uncle Ben’s Country Inn Chicken Rice.

One of those new Chef Boyardee bakes. Pour the dough, add the pasta and meat sauce, top with cheese, bake, and it’s done.

More instant coffee.  Had some peanut butter & grape jelly sandwiches earlier.

I’m on my second can of Coca-Cola.

Ravioli and meatballs.

Just finished off two plates of Shephard’s Pie with some Black Cherry Soda.

I’m just off to put some chicken in some lemon juice to marinade for an hour or two, then to eat (wait for it, wait for it) Lemon Chicken.

Let’s see - a nice bottle of limey Riesling should go well with that.
