Currently digesting pickled pork, lightly simmered in a vegetable nage for around two hours, served with a mustard sauce and potato and swede rцsti. Tasty.

It’s not done cooking yet, but I’ve two boneless chicken breasts in the oven, and when they’re nearly done, I’ll nuke some potatoes in the microwave.
