Speed of updates

  Is it just my sleep-deprived sense of perspective or are 10.3 updates to shareware and the like being issued faster than 10.2 updates were? If so, why?

  Longer development time.  10.2 was also announced at WWDC I believe, but the final was released in August or September I think.  10.3 was a little bit longer in development it seems like.

  No clue, just a guess.
