PeopleSoft Rejects Oracle Offer (Again!)

Yet again PeopleSoft has rejected a hostile offer from Oracle even though Oracle has raised its tender offer to $26.00 per share.

PeopleSoft is currently trading in the low 20s. If Oracle is unable to get PeopelSoft’s board to agree to an offer, Larry & Co. will seek to replace directors in a proxy fight at the March 25, 2004 PeopleSoft annual meeting.
