There has to be a way to turn off the annoying blink and fade menus in 10.1? If anyone has any suggestions…

Do you mean all the various glowing and bobbing buttons and what not? If so, check your General Control Panel and change the Appearance to Graphite.

If that’s not what you meant, please explain more.  icon_smile.gif

You know how you can turn off “menu blinking” in OS9 from the “general controls” control panel? There’s is no way to turn off the single blink in 10.1 when you make a selection from a pull down menu. Also it fades away, which seems to be a waste of time. It would be nice if the menus just vanished instantly when you make a selection. Did I make myself clear? Sorry for the confusion, it’s hard to put into words.
