In intra-day trading on Monday 4/5 Apple Computer set a new 52-week high of $28.37 in active trading. The new high was set around the 1:00 p.m. hour in New York. This new high represents AAPL’s highest trading level since the fall of 2000.

AAPL set a new multi-year high of $28.37 in intra-day activity on Monday and a new multi-year closing high of $28.32 on roughly average volume of about 6.73 million shares.
Apple ended the day’s trading at $29.30, off its new multi-year high of $29.58 set earlier in the day. Volume was a robust 31.4 million shares as the Mac maker saw its stock jump $2.66 per share following a strong earnings report released on Wednesday.
Apple has set a new mulit-year high of $29.72 in intra-day trading on Monday. If AAPL holds its ground in afternoon trading, a new closing high will be set today.

Actually AAPL finished the day at $29.80 after setting a new multi-year high of $29.98 in intra-day activity. The closing price is Apple’s highest since the fall of 2000.
Apple set a new multi-year high of $31.14 in intra-day trading on Tuesday but failed to move beyond AAPL’s new closing high of $30.74 set on Thursday. Apple ended Tuesday trading just off the mark at $30.69 per share.
