    After reading the article, there just aren’t enough solid details for me to make any kind of informed opinion.  What do you guys think?

    It’s hard to tell right now—we’ll have to see what develops.  I tend not to buy all of this discrimination business; Apple is the last company I’d expect that from.  However, since I don’t know all the particulars of the case, I can hardly form an opinion at this point.

    My goodness, Apple’s lawyers must certainly keeping busy—this is the fifth lawsuit in two weeks!

    Yeah, it’s a real shame that so many resources get wasted on dealing with lawsuits.  Mind you, the flip side is corporate interests that run out of control with little or no accountability…

    In any event, Apple tends not to comment on lawsuits, so it could be some time before we hear its side of the story.
