Was that picture purposefully pixellated to protect the innocent, or is someone still using a circa 1986 digicam?

The camera has three resolution settings, and this was taken at the lowest setting, unfortunately.  I tried to fix the pixelation in Photoshop, but to no avail.

Aw, sucky.

Someday Photoshop will be able to take a 160x120 image and scale it up to 1024x768 without losing any picture quality. It’ll be called the “Magic” filter.

Damn! My photoshop skills aren’t good enough to make it look like this person is actually sitting with me! OOH! I know! I’ll use the Mosaic filter and blame it on the camera! Pure genius!
