For sale or trade:
1) magnificent pristine PowerBook circa 1996—that’s right, it’s a 190 and you’ve never seen anything so squeaky new since, um, 1996. Why is it in such mint condition? Because it went through the reconditioning program and was given a brand-new chassis in August of this year. It’s got lots of goodies on it too (Quark, Photoshop, MS Word, lotso fonts) plus standard-issue stuff from that era (ClarisWorks, Eric’s Ultimate Solitaire!
) and 56K modem card for Telnettin and Netscapin. Surely you know some young person just itching to get ahold of that trackpad! Act now and receive also2) an HP Deskjet, matching color, ink cartridges thrown in for free, nice little quiet and speedy and portable printer; and/or
3) a detachable ergonomic Mac keyboard and mouse! Very nice!
All the above for a mere $600 OBO and I’ll throw in shipping. Be a nice graduation present for some little whippersnapper who needs to wordprocess and do a little layout/graphic design/web stuff.
