G4 powerbook memory—PC133 144-pin 256MB

This is a memory chip that was shipped with a first generation 667MHz powerbook G4 originally, now with no use for me after memory upgrade.

I’ve seen the price at 70$ on crucial.com; Apple no longer sells this particular size any more.

I’d ask 50$, though I can go lower if it can be shown that Apple-compatible memory of this type is sold for less at a major retailer in the US.  Mainly I’m interested in selling to someone in the south bay area (San Jose)—that way the integrity of both the memory and money can be checked at point of sale.
