Black Swan Counter: 9 (Banks need money, Jobs needs a break, Geithner has no plan, Cuomo’s grandstanding, .Gov needs a hobby, GS works for money, flash crash, is that bubbling crude?).
For those who look, a flash allows one to see farther.

After discussing this with the staff, we’ve decided to allow user-uploaded avatars. You will now see this option in the Avatar section on the Edit Profile page.
Because custom avatars are a new thing on this forum, we will be looking out for questionable content, and will delete avatars as we see appropriate. If we find this feature is abused, we will go back to only allowing avatars from the gallery.
Please Review the Avatar Guidelines :[list][*]Avatars need to measure 70px x 70px [*]Avatars can not be larger than 12KB [*]Transparencies should look good against light blue, grey, light green, or other colors you see on this forum. [*]No animations.[/list:u]Thanks for letting us know custom avatars are important! ~Stephen

Avatar uploading doesn’t seem to work and neither does linking to it.
