Harry Potter, poor game design, what to do about it?

While the idea of Harry Potter’s game is great, there is one aspect of the game that infuriates me, and that is how frequently you can save the game.  There is one Flippendo challange where you are required to jump across several voids to moving floor tiles.  Only problem is, because keyboard repeat is assumed on by Harry Potter, you often overshoot your jump to the moving floor tile, and you end up in the chasm.  This wouldn’t be so bad if when you revived you ended up where you last attempted the jump.  Instead it puts you all the way at the beginning of the Flippendo challange.  This means having successfully navigated a few of these chasms you are left to try to navigate the same again and again until you get it right.  You could spend hours wasting your time getting back to where you last found you couldn’t jump successfuly, and again fail.  If they had just allowed you to save the game at any point that wouldn’t be so bad.  Instead they provide these save books.  OK, so I write Aspyr trying to suggest they change the save game strategy, and they tell me they can’t change the game design and it is up to Electronic Arts.  I look for some way to contact Electronic Arts, found a place at some obscure corner of their website, and they don’t contact me back in over a month.  So I am stuck.  Any suggestions?
