At this rate they won’t have a single Drachma left to pay the boatman.

note PJ’s Gene Munsters’ timing of announcing this on OE day and before earnings only a few days away…  Striking.

He must feel really sure about this and wanting to be the first (again) with this raise to 205.

Or are we missing something here?

PJ’s pinning $205 on CY 09!  Plenty of time for revised estimates bug eyed

Covered part @ 139.98 at the close yesterday, another partial filled @ 138.86 AH (tried to make too much on the full cover), got caught holding the rest.  Colour me the one of the few to hedge (on this board).  Always amuses me when AAPL goes down to hear all the moaning…  It’s the same drone of gloat when it’s going up.  I still hold 5X shares long to short and don’t think we’ve seen the LOD just yet…  stay tuned, after all it’s OE Friday.  bug eyed

Well put, Quadra. I buy Apple products and trade AAPL stock.  I am currently “long” three Macintosh computers and two iPods. That’s the measure of my “loyalty.”

Totally off the wall, Gizmodo has some stories on getting a black back for your iPhone, or even brightly colored models (have your’s colored or buy a new phone from them). But my teenage fashionesta should thinks these products are going to be big with the Ken and Barbie crowd.

Lehman’s Harry Blount also previewed the quarter today. He’s looking for sales of 250,000 iPhones, 1.68 million Macs and 9.63 million iPods; he sees revenue of $5.31 billion and EPS of 70 cents. Blount maintains his Overweight rating on the stock.

now I see to what kind of trading Suttmeir, Kass and his friends have been bansished:

picture them in a dusty suit, pushing a trolley at wallmart and “going long” on some DELL potatoes and “shorting the hell out of some AAPL’s.
