[quote author=“willrob”]I assume you mean an antenna to get a better signal. Or can I get my own Satellite images? wink

Doh! I knew that looked funny. Where’s that spell-check option. smile

I wasn’t correcting your spelling. I just wanted to underline the satellite images of everywhere that CTU has access to (even inside buildings via some thermal signature).

lol A spell checker wouldn’t have helped (provided in Safari 3); learning Latin at school would have! antenna - singular; antennae - plural:

[quote author=“DawnTreader”]How ironic. A NBC show!  lol

Isn’t this one of the shows (Journeyman) still available on iTunes?

Just right click as you type, then select “Orthography”, then again Orthography to set the language and “Check as you write”. This works in any Mac OS X Cocoa app or Apple made apps.

[quote author=“willrob”]On 24 cell phones never loose their network, no matter how many basements deep in CTU head quarters they are. And there are no computers that can’t be hacked by the CTU geeks, who are able to find the missing data instantly. And of course in the CTU universe there are satellite cameras that can read the license plates of cars as if they are driving behind them. I’m sure glad our government hasall this great technology. I wonder how long before it trickles down to the rest of us?

It’s worse. Remember that, if cell phone signals can get in and out, so can other RF signals. That would be a serious security risk for that sort of organization. The offices of a unit like CTU would be in a vault—electromagnetically shielded from the outside world—even the phone lines would have filters. (This is based on my own experience in the US Air Force.)
