Don’t you get the feeling that Bungie sold out and soon realized it. Now they want to regain their creative soul and where better than Apple a company that does have a culture and soul. The ‘‘think different’’ credo is alive only at Apple. Furthermore Apple Technology is years ahead of anyone including Nintendo and especially MS.
SJ will take gaming in a totally different direction IMO. Think of virtual chess. then expand to virtual texas hold em with virtual chips   all conducted on a touch screen flat panel in horizontal position. Think of any strategy game. But you can be sure of one thing. Apple will release a gaming machine only when it will WOW the world. It could be 12 months but being conservative I said WITHIN 18 months

I don’t think it’s enough for Apple to become an also-ran in gaming. I agree with you. I think Apple needs to transform gaming in the same way the company has transformed the digital music player market and the cell phone market.
