If so they had all day to do so. So why waiting for AH?. However if retail investors is what fuelled the rally then some panic buying is going on here, without doubt.

I think this is a Valencian dish, just like “paella”. There is no equivalent in Catalonia as far as I know. Valencian and Catalan are dialects of the same language and “Tombet de bow” sounds to me as “Turn of bull”, but I don’t know about that dish.

Yes, I think so. I know about it like one of the most traditional dinners at Castellon on fiestas season: it is a very juicy cooking of the entire bull, ...but after they ride it along the town, death it and carve it up, usually on a well crowded site…, at the “old mediterranean style”.
