All right folks.  Lets get this subject out of the way.

I have changed my avatar.  Any comments can be placed on this thread so we don’t get sidetracked on other threads.

Speak your piece now.

I guess sponge bob is a dude. I hope you did not take the harassment personally. We were all hoping for Angelina Jolie on the other end. big grin You probably could have kept the ruse up and made some people feel awfully stupid later. I am glad it was not me. razz

I never felt comfortable having her as my avatar from the beginning.  Getting teased about it in fun only increased my desire to change it.

I liked Laure Croft’s character a great deal and that is why I chose it.  And no I was not attracted to her huge chest.  I liked her wit, moves, and sense of risk and adventure into unknown places.

I am very male and I guess I was feeling too uncomfortable being referred to as a hot female.  Even in cyberspace.

Sponge Bob is a great guy.  My kids love his show.  He is always getting into trouble and says some crazy things.

I think he would use a Mac and own an iPhone.

And by the way, I don’t care for Angelina Jolie.  She is hot, but her personality is too nutty for me.

Since this is an Apple Forum that is well managed with a great group of guys and gals, I want to make sure that none of will stop from making fun of me.

BOOO! HISSSSS!  Nice big, round, soft ... agghhm, sorry.

I like the old avatar better. A small, yellow, square, absorbent cartoon character doesn’t do anything for me (your mileage may vary).  big grin

I have to concur… talk about going from one extreme to the other! But so long as you’re happy being a piece of square, synthetic, man-made yellow sponge with an inane grin then who the hell am I to tell you otherwise? razz

Isn’t Sponge Bob Bill Gates favorite cartoon character, based mostly on their similar appearance?

You folks are responding as if I wrote a long detailed piece on how Apple will crash.

Glad to keep this very important topic in its own thread smile

Since many of you seem to miss Laura already, I am only speculating that you need to find real girlfriends or wives.

razz

I am actually hurt that you would make fun of Sponge Bob.  Watch his show and you might learn something new. smile
