new wordperfect version for mac?

I’ve meant to tell everyone about a note I got from Corel customer service on June 12. I’d written to them about my utter disappointment that there is no mac version of WordPerfect anymore. Well, this is the response I got. It’s somewhat encouraging and a little surprising. Let’s all send letters and tell Corel that we want an alternative to M$ Word!

At present, Corel is evaluating the demand for a newer version of
WordPerfect for the Mac operating system. If a new version is to be
released, we will announce it on main web page - http://www.corel.com

Sounds good to me. If they do proceed, I hope they test it better than they test the Windows version… awfully buggy.
