WOW…I know everyone has been talking about China being big, but India has to be big news and move the stock…not sure if these are official numbers but the numbers are pretty big…according to this website, over 44 million subscribers to Vodafone and over 260 million users
nooooo forget about the 260 million users in India !!!
think about the one user in Belgium that is waiting for years to be himself his first mobilephone!!!!
That will move the stock way past 250$
“NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India has about 114,000 mobile subscribers using Research In Motion’s (RIM) (RIM.TO: Quote, Profile, Research) (RIMM.O: Quote, Profile, Research) BlackBerry services, much lower than expected, the junior minister for telecommunications said on Monday.”
Not a big market for RIMM
I would think Apple would sell that # in four hours.

But how many of them can afford an iPhone? That is not a big number i guess.
these 10 countries present roughly 1.5 billion people!
so a 1% market share will give us 15mio iphones…
thank you Steve!!!!
and now bring that magic to Belgium
Telecome Italy today also announced a deal to bring the iPhone to Italy.

Two networks will jointly distribute the iPhone in Italy - a sign Apple’s stranglehold over the operators may be weakening…“This is definitely a sign Apple is capitulating,” Will Draper, an analyst at Execution http://tinyurl.com/4mmfop

This is so ridiculous…capitulation…
Apple changed the way people buy cellphones and pay for data plans. The exclusive deal with ATT, I firmly believe was imposed by ATT during negotiations rather than a demand by Apple. Apple was trying to find a service provider. ATT probably said, “OK, provided. . .”
Everybody wanting to sell the iPhone is a sign of strength not weakness.
