Apple Store opens Aug. 11 in Mall of America :-)

The Mall itself opens at 6:00 am, the stores at 9:30 (at least we’re not waiting outside). According to MacCentral, they had 300 people lining up starting at 5:30 in Texas, so it sounds like shirt-odds are good for anyone in the pre-opening line.

The South parking lot at street-level is definitely the one to shoot for, but those fill up fast. What time do those mall walkers start showing up on the weekends?

Are you sure? I’ve heard three different times now, 9, 930, and 10. I guess we’ll see tomorrow!!!

The time I was given was from the General Manager. But someToast is correct.

BTW, I just received an invite to a VIP function tonight at the store (it opens tomorrow morning).

Should be pretty sweet.
