lost SeaMonkey password

I’m using SeaMonkey 1.1.11 and now it’s asking for “incoming password.” All password combinations I’ve tried do not work. Email (incoming and send) work fine with Verizon and Apple Mail. But I prefer SeaMonkey. HELP, please. (

Have you double-checked that the username is right? It might be that you are using the correct password but some other login info is incorrect.
