Hello,
I recently bought an ipod touch and have installed 2 recording apps on it.
italk and Voxie. I can’t get either of these to record - i keep reading how easy they are to use.
I was told the ipod touch came with a built in microphone but it seems like it doesn’t have a microphone.

When i hit Start to start recording, i see the seconds counting and it saves it but it will show it as being 4 kb but the time just says 0:00

And it seems it should work even if the phone isn’t on Wifi - there doesn’t seem to be any volume control within the application and the volume on the ipod is up…

Whats up - i’m about to take this thing back if i can’t get it to work.

Thanks in advance!

I feel you man…. I bought 4track… same problem.  I actualy found a good one though.  try “StudioApp”.  it can be used to record memos as well as lyrics over instrumentals.  it gives you 4 tracks of recording that are all perfectly synced.  my knight in shining armor…
