Dell has been aggressively buying back its own shares to the tune of about $3.4 billion and has been using a risky hedging strategy in planning and executing its transactions.

There’s the possibility, according to experts, that Dell may have a huge financial exposure due to its agressive share repurchases and the hedge strategies involved in the transactions.
