Powerbook Titanium won’t stay connected to internet

Hi I have a faithful
old Powerbook G4 Titanium that wont stay connected to the internet. I am connecting via BT Business Broadband via a Ethernet wireless router. Although the Titanium finds the wireless network OK every time it goes to sleep or I shutdown, I can’t connect to the internet without re-staring the router. I have checked all settings and think everything is in place.
