I have a couple of mac’s and I’m having an issues with images rotating.

For example on my 10.4 Mini, I have the screen saver set to used my iPhoto library.  Some of my images in the library have been rotated so they are in portrait.  However, when the screensaver displays the image it is displayed in its original un-rotated form.

While that doesn’t happen on my MBP screen saver, a similar problem occurs with when I import images into word documents.  In this case the image had been scanned in Preview upside down and then rotated.  When imported in the document it appears in the original orientation.  What’s more the ability in Word to rotate the image was not available to me.

Any Ideas?

Cheers

PS. Currently doing Post Grad Studies and I have to say, Note book and PDFPen are now my most used apps.  Thanks for recommending them on the Podcast.
